The approach: Lead with a teaser and hero film that place the Meteora at the center of a vast sonic universe — followed by a wave of artist-driven content showcasing the Meteora in the hands of players whose unique sound and style embody its spirit. Supported by a full suite of product marketing elements, the campaign bridged core and new audiences alike.

METEORA LAUNCH FILM

Our launch film is Fender’s version of the Big Bang – the Meteora origin story.

On a vast stage with an LED floor, two players perform as light and sound collide. Macro shots reveal the scale of this world, but the Meteora remains the undeniable hero: a cosmic wall of sound reverberating through space and time in the hands of today’s most fearless players.

Three Player Plus Sessions featured new genres and subcultures – the perfect artists to test drive the Meteora.

Since the Meteora was a brand new body shape for Fender, we wanted to shoot the guitar at unorthodox angles.
